Phone/Chat Crises and General Help LinesHeart made from hands

My clients often get readings or healings when going through extreme life experiences so I provide this list as to find additional help. This list has taken a very long time to research and is still only a starting point. Don’t be afraid to also lookup additional help sources. High-stress times can make it difficult to function for many so I hope this is helpful to someone out there.

I am providing this as a public service only. I am not providing any recommendation, financial support or insight to these services. I have only visited their websites briefly and have not done in-depth research.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or are in danger you should not hesitate to call your local emergency number (911 in the US).
